Case Study: Heart Creative
While the Strategy Director at Heart Creative, a boutique food and beverage agency in Portland, OR, I was responsible for numerous projects, including the redesign of the website in 2021. I collaborated with our Creative Director and Development team in order to produce a website that effectively showcased the impact that our work produced for our clients.
Within two weeks of launching our new website, we secured multiple new clients, immediately illustrating the value of our efforts. This project resulted in a significant increase in new client acquisition and was a direct contributor to the 30% increase in annual revenue.
We developed case studies for our notable projects for clients such as Tofurky, Dandie’s Marshmallows, Ocean Spray, and more, which quantified how utilizing our unique creative assets and targeted strategies helped them to reach (and in many cases) exceed their digital goals.
One case study I wrote was for Julia’s Table, a gluten-free baked goods brand. I was the primary strategist for Julia’s Table for two years. In a collaborative effort with our creative, culinary, and marketing team, we conceptualized the Kids in the Kitchen eBook, which was designed to empower kids to get in the kitchen and have fun. This eBook included kid-friendly, hands-on recipes and brain-stimulating activities.
I collaborated with our Paid Media Strategist on the promotions for this campaign, which garnered 6.2MM impressions and drove over 12.2k clicks to their website. Julia’’s table also saw a 40% increase in Instagram follower growth on Instagram and a 270% increase in website traffic from this campaign.
The client was so happy with these results that we developed a second edition of the Kids in the Kitchen eBook, further connecting children to the magic of cooking!
