Heart Creative

While working as the Strategy Director at Heart Creative, a boutique food and beverage agency, I oversaw the redesign and relaunch of their website in 2020. This project resulted in a significant increase in new client acquisition and was a direct contributor to the 30% increase in annual revenue.

  • In Q1 2021 I spearheaded the strategy & launch of Heart Creative’s new website, which generated 4 leads within 2 weeks of launching.

  • Oversaw all marketing and creative strategies, campaigns, and operations for all Subscription Catalyst companies.

  • Oversaw all website development, ad campaigns, affiliate programs, and email marketing for all clients. Acquired 10K+ subscribers for Subscription Catalyst brands.

  • Managed a marketing team of three members and worked closely with creative & ops teams.

MARKETING SPECIALIST II: Cratejoy, May 2016 - April 2018

  • Grew Cratejoy’s B2C social media channels from 200 followers to 225k+.

  • Increased Cratejoy’s organic social media conversion rate by 375% YoY (Jan. 2017 – Jan. 2018).

  • Managed all of Cratejoy’s B2C partnerships, PR, influencer/affiliate relationships, email co-registration campaigns, giveaways, and their referral program.

  • Cratejoy’s referral program generated $10k in sales during its first month in December 2017.
