While working as the Strategy Director at Heart Creative, a boutique food and beverage agency, I oversaw the redesign and relaunch of their website in 2020. This project resulted in a significant increase in new client acquisition and was a direct contributor to the 30% increase in annual revenue.

Managed all of Cratejoy’s B2C partnerships, PR, influencer/affiliate relationships, email co-registration campaigns, giveaways, and their referral program.
